The Virginia Maritime Association room cutoff date is Monday, September 16, 2024. Virginia Maritime Association cannot guarantee any rooms past this date. All rooms within the room block are first come, first serve and are subject to availability.

Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is 11:00 A.M. (“Occupancy Times”). Upon request, Hotel will endeavor to accommodate early check-in and late check-out as available.
